For Body: Apply a dime size amount on washcloth. Lather and wash. Rinse with water and follow up with Sweet Sleep Bedtime Lotion or Lunar Luxe Body Buttercreme.
For Hair: Apply a small amount of gel on scalp and lather. Rinse with water and apply conditioner or moisturizer of choice.

To Use: Place teabag in the bath tub as it fills with water. Once the bath water is at desired capacity, allow teabag to float in the water.
