How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic processing times are currently delayed. Please allow 8-20 BUSINESS days (excluding weekends & holidays) processing time as we are following all safety precautions while making products and fulfilling orders. Do not contact us about the status of your order unless it has been longer 16 business days since you've placed your order.Â

Can I change my shipping address once my order is submitted?
Sorry but we cannot accommodate any address changes after an order is placed. Please make sure all information is correct prior to submitting orders. If packages are returned due to wrong address or failure to check mailbox; customers will be responsible for all reshipping cost.

How long does it take items to restock?
We restock all items once we have shipped off all orders. Since we make everything by hand in small batches, it may take up to 14 business days to restock our inventory.

What age should I start using the products on my child?
Our products are completely safe to use on infants. Please use caution and read all ingredients before using. Discuss any concerns about allergies with your child’s health care provider.Â

What order should I use the products?
For daily styling and maintenance we recommend:
1. Start with the HoneyMelon Greaux Spray
2. Follow up with moisturizer of choice - MangoVera Leave-In Lotion, Papaya & Moringa Souffle Styling Creme, or a little bit of both if you plan on leaving hair in a protective style for a couple days.
3. Finally, seal in moisture with our HoneyMelon Greaux Oil or HoneyGreaux Grease.Â
