Processing Time

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic processing times are currently delayed. Please allow 15-20 BUSINESS days (excluding weekends & holidays) processing time as we are following all safety precautions while making products and fulfilling orders. Do not contact us about the status of your order unless it has been longer 20 business days since you've placed your order. 

 

Shipping Time

Shipping carriers are experiencing delays and are not gauranteeing shipping times. You will receive a shipping notification along with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Please refer to your tracking number for all shipping updates.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of the products returns are not accepted, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us. Customer satisfaction is our top priority! 

All of our products are made in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained, therefore we do not accept returns. Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all of the ingredients on our website. Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing, and take the “no refund policy” into consideration before you buy.
